[GUIDE] WiFi Country Problem Solving for AOSP, MIUI & others

i have done everything i have done framework2.jar and build prop (actually someone had fixed and replaced it and gave me the wifi fixed rom.works for him but not me) my region is US i started rom wiyhout sim at first time rom booted but still i cant turn it on.my bluetooth has the same problem. i tried wifix too but no chance any one have any idea?? help me out pls

After flashing custom roms, I flashed a stock HTC sensation xe Rom and WiFi gets stuck at "obtaining ip address" any help?

about patching N7100 stock ROM

I just install my Note 2 N7100 with android 4.4.2 ROM ND3 from France. The code of my country is not allow, so I tried your solution.

Download and install apktool in windows
run:

apktool d telephony-common.jar

result in console: Copying assets and libs...
In the folder appear the sub folder: telephony-common.jar.out
but inside I just see this file: apktool.yml

What I'm doing wrong? Is this patch compatible with N7100 stock 4.4.2 ? What else can I do ?
