as soon as i get 3.2 on my xoom (on 3.1 as of this morning when I left for work) I'll see if the keyboard layouts for physical keyboards can be changed from US.

it's the one thing that is bugging me :)

You need to extract the us rom you downloaded and put all the 4 files into the tools folder that you have at c:\

and you need to type like this
cd C:\tools THEN HIT ENTER
C:\tools fastboot flash system system.img THEN REPEAT THE SAME FOR ALL OTHERS YOU DONT NEED \ AFTER TOOLS JUST HIT SPACEBAR C:\tools fastboot flash system system.img

i think i did something wrong under the installation of adb...
know i have 2 tools, the one i mad and the other one adb made, so do i need to put the files under my tools map or in to the adb tools

c:\tools\tools ??
just only C:\tools

you just copy the tools folder from c:\android sdk\tools and put it in c:\
