1. I am assuming you are talking about the Halo keyboard control app. Which settings are you changing from the defaults? I always bump the both the vibration and the brightness up one notch. I also lower the timeout down to one minute. I have installed Windows more times in the last six months than I have in the last twenty-five years and I have yet to encounter any issues with any sort of delay or missed characters.
2. Hibernation works by saving all of the contents of ram to the hard drive. The eMMC (hard drive) included with the Yoga Book is not the fastest thing in the world. If the pen light is lit up that means the pc hasn't fully shutdown or hibernated yet. In this state (which is normal due to the speed) you will have to hold the power button for ten seconds to force a shutdown. Next time you try hibernation wait until both the pen light and the charge port lights are off before trying to use hibernation a second time.
3. Make sure the video drivers are properly installed using the device manager. We can go from there after you let me know.
4. You haven't post whether or not you are using the stock charger. If not that is you issue. This charger does in fact charge at 12vdc @ 2 amps. If you no longer have the stock charger you can charge with a good two amp charger with the YB powered off for a quicker charge.
5. As I mentioned before both the keyboard and screen are capacitive. With sleep or hibernation disabled there is enough of a charge for either one to trigger the other. It also affects the screen. I see that you've said that it worked previously but I haven't seen that behavior myself. I will do some playing around in a bit to see if I can make it happen.
EDIT: Once in the past I had this issue. Now it doesn't seem to be an issue as long as you change two settings (see image below). If that doesn't help try wiping the keyboard and screen down real good. There may be something tiny causing phantom touches.
