THANK YOU Sandman!!
You have saved me no doubt MANY HOURS with this guide!!

I do have one problem however with a scrambled graphics display which seems to be happening to a few people recently.
Here is a screenshot of what the issue looks like:

I am using Win10 v2004 and followed your guide to inject the drivers etc from your driver/file pack (thanks for that too!).
I suspect that this is a graphics driver issue, however I can't see a graphics driver for this device on the Lenovo site.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hello
i have the same problem with windows 2004. Just followed the guide from first post. but it give me at the boot the same Error as SamboNZ.
any solution please?

Update:
i managed at last to install 2004 without problems. First i installed a fresh win 1909 to usb drive with rufus. i attached external 2 USB ADAPTER TO YOGA BOOK IN ONE USB I PUT A MOUSE AND IN THE OTHERE i put flash drive with win 1909 (untouched ISO). with the mouse i could select the settings (as you all knew the touch screen is disabled from factory at the boot) until i managed to install the 1909 after that i upgraded to 2004 with microsoft upgrade assistant. Drivers download from Lenovo website and install them . everything working properly without issue.
i tried to install 2004 fresh copy but it gave me the same issue as SamboNZ. The fresh copy of 1909 did the job.

Hello.
My lenovo yoga book drive was locked with bitlocker. After i check lenovo forum and here i can't find iso with injected drivers , the link is not working .
I just download clean win 10 iso image Windows 10 (Fall Creators Update) Redstone 3 (Version 1709) Build 10.0.16299.15 and make bootable usb with rufus. I'am not waste of time to inject the drivers.
I start setup.exe from cmd ,because touchscreen works. After instalation i use usb mouse and usb keyboard . From device manager i update all missing devices using search automatically for updated driver software option. I am not download or install any drivers from lenovo forum just use update driver from device manager and windows find update automatically for all missing devices .
Hope this post help someone and save time.Juts need usb adapter .
All the best and be healthy.
