For some users twrp touch not work with EUI ROMs (my case).
I used org mouse to flash lineageos
When you flash any aosp ROM you wont have that problem anymore. Just happens with EUI roms

For some reason, I just had to flash the same TWRP a second time and then touch worked. No clue why, but it did.

Edit: @danielpinto8zz6 In the OP can you add "You might have to press the 'power' button twice before touch is enabled in TWRP."
At least that did the trick for me.

My phone will arrive tomorrow, so I'll need 20s to do all of these? Oh and how can i flash the rom, ifff i don't have external sd-card and I'll full wipe everything? Many ffs i search 2 hours for a thing, can't find it, question on xda, searching 2 more min and i found exactly what i wanted, posted 10 min ago... wtf. So otg flashing exists, kk

I charged the phone. Moved the 'update.zip' to the external storage of the phone. Rebooted to stock recovery. Started the update process. Once it finished, the phone restarted and the EUI logo showed + 'Starting apps'. However, that kept restarting multiple times. Phone seemed to boot, but I'm pretty sure I got a bootloop. So I turned off the phone and booted fastboot mode. Then I ran the .bat with Chinese symbols. Basically doing this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=73977673&postcount=18. Then the phone booted perfectly. Then back to fastboot mode and make sure that the bootloader was unlocked. It was. So I flashed the latest TWRP from codeworkx. Had to press the power button two times, before the touchscreen became responsive in TWRP (mentioned by others before). And that was pretty much it.

I have rom 5.8.020S(stable) version WIXCNFN5802001232S and in fastboot mode it looks bootloader is unlocked,same screenshot as someone posted couple of pages back, so should i flash TWRP without flasd dev 20 rom? Does someone done it directly from rom i have?

Im using TOOL ALL IN ONE in my nexus,and there is option for le3 pro(probably x720 version),and tool says it is unlocked,and probably i can flash twrp with this tool too. Bcouse ifi understand twrp is same as for snapdragon 821 pro version(x720). So it looks our rom is unlocked,im just waithing from someone who flashed directly twrp to WIXCNFN5802001232S,to confirm

I had a 20s ROM as well and didn't have to do anything to unlock the bootloader because it was already unlocked, so all I did was flash TWRP (which I did twice, because the touchscreen didn't work the first time) according to this guide.
1. You can unlock the bootloader and flash TWRP on 20s, provided that your ROM firmware isn't WIXCNFN5802005041S, which is the stock 20s ROM, I believe.
2. You cannot unlock the bootloader and flash TWRP on stock 26s. This will cause the bootloader to be permanently locked, and you'll only have access to fastboot mode. The only way to fix your phone would be to use Qualcomm's 9008 mode and a QFIL file for the x722... which doesn't exist.
3. Anyone who downgrades their ROM to the 01D ROM can unlock the bootloader and flash TWRP. It's just that if you're on a vendor 20s ROM, you can do so without having to flash 01D. Some users may flash 01D over their 20s vendor ROM to be safe, but this is not a necessity. The 01D ROM is really only for anyone on LeEco stock ROMs. Which very few of us are on, because third-party sellers almost always load their own ROMs on the x722.

btw I noticed some phones from banggood are coming with unlocked bootloader, mine came with 20S unlocked, and my friend phone came with 26S unlocked.

Whoops, looks like that post got posted twice somehow. XDA went down right as I posted it. XDA servers are... not the best, unfortunately.
Huh, that's good to know. I guess that 26s is a custom ROM, but better to be safe than sorry by downgrading to the 01D ROM.
ARM64 since the Snapdragon 820 is 64-bit. Always use 64-bit for 64-bit processors. It's the same deal as a 64-bit computer.
