First get the latest firmware posted by mike on the sensation android developement forum. Flash it, follow the instructions. And you're good to go.

Once you've flashed the new firmware, get a stable Rom, I recommend insertcoin Rom by baadnws. Also show-p1984's kernel. It's a battery saver, I tell you.

There are many, many, many, many, many, many, many guides available by just simply googling "how to root HTC sensation". You can even copy and paste what I've just typed to save you the bother of doing it yourself!!!

HE ISN'T KIDDING ABOUT TWICE!!!! Sh#t read it five times...then read it once more just to make sure...because if not you are going to be posting on here asking for help because you bricked your Sensation.
