Hello storm :)

superb work. but i got a problem. recently i upgraded to oreo and didnt like it so went back to 7.137 stock firmware. after reading this thread i followed everything carefully. installed recovery and all things went smooth but when i boot the phone after flashing those three files (kernel,magisk and drmpatch) the phone gets stuck on sony logo. have to flash stock firmware again to revive it. also in xperifirm 45.0.A.7.137_R7A is not available(its same version as the kernel you provided)
The modified kernel you provided is for R7A. and i think it is the problem. after i flash recovery then in recovery flash those three files then clear dalvik and cache and then phone doesnt boot.
what should i do now?

It looks like the kernel doesn't match. You try to restore the kernel(or restore full backup), and the patch fails，then startup success

I'm using G8141_Customized CE1_1308-5321_45.0.A.7.137_R6A for example and it worked fine on all my xpz's.

No that doesn't matter. Any of the 137 fw works. All you have to do is literally flash, go straight into fastboot, flash kernel, twrp and then boot straight into twrp to flash magisk and drmfix.
I'm using G8141_Customized CE1_1308-5321_45.0.A.7.137_R6A for example and it worked fine on all my xpz's.

I am in the same boat as SaadKhalid, my phone will not boot, stuck at the Sony Logo but I can force it down and get into TWRP, but nothing more. I used Newflasher to flash the system with stock files, but nothing changes. I am worried now.

Good morning. Do you have the G8141 or G8142 (dual)? What is your installed firmware version?

I'm the same !! I'm a guy from Argentina and I'm right now going through this situation !! help now please !!!!!!

i'm i get the dual version. My phone does not work

We can fix all, but I need more informations about what you did exactly. Did you flash the G8142 kernel or G8141? Was your device rooted or stock before?
