If you can sync Zune with a USB device, this might be acceptable for me.

Sync with a folder on your hard drive emulated as a USB drive compatible with Zune, after u sync your wanted music, manually copy them over to your wp8 device...

Is this even possible ?

the main problem is that I made all my playlists once with Windows Media player, and Zune messed them up.
Then I created all Playlists with Zune, and now Xbox-music doesn't allow me to add these playlists.
I don't know WTF microsoft is doing there, I only know I'm loosing my playlists, and spending an amout of time creating and editing playlists. That sucks. Especially, because its the same OS. And BTW, Mediaplayer doesn't recognize my lumia 920.

You can just rename the playlists with the proper extension for each app and they will work.

As far as the 920 goes, try powering it completely off before plugging it in.
