Back to off-topic. I have been running for a long time Seeder.apk with good results and lately in combination with Zeppelinrox' adopted script with adjusted values with even better results.
Last night I changed to Cross-breeder, the 1.31.13 version - the prior didn't work out as good as Seeder+Zepp for me - and I must admit, after > 12 h. Not more battery drain than before with Seeder&Zepp, zero lag, constant value 4096, system is very responsive - for me a keeper. :thumbup: I like!

D4 is one hell of a fine device, it really is. But it's users...

I thought D7 forum was bad, but it's actually quite a lively and inneresting place compared to D4.

Take a look at the D4 Roms and the number of posts in their respective freds:

The one with the highest number of posts (531) was started on November 26rd, 2012.

We amass that many posts in a couple of hours when a new TW leak drops, for God's sake.

It's the pits, no other word for it.

And to answer the other question: no leaks since mid December. I don't care, tbh. The only thing which is of high interest are sources, which won't be delivered by Soupsung.

Asylum CM 10.1

Had a force restart today on the asylum rom cm10.1 . Using 20130131 build.

Anyone faced similar issues.
Except that the phone is doing great.

I recently went back to TW for 2 days and didn't noticed any improvement compared to CM. If you're still unhappy after two days you should examine it with better battery stats. ahalford made an excellent thread in the FAQ board. First time after flashing a ROM media scanner is running to fetch data, and some of the apps need to fill their cache which may also lead to heavy system load. But of course experience might differ. I have a ton of apps, but only a few of them running constantly in the background.

Battery is the most important factor in my phone. Sorry, but seeing this thread filled with... erm... off-topicky stuff... I had to break the rule.

It is not mandatory that you take part in the discussions regarding battery. I just came here to ask. If I were to ask in the Asylum CM10.1 thread, who the **** would've cared?

I have 270 audio tracks ~ 2.5 GB. That's a lot. + a lot of pictures. + some 70 apps (& games).

What is there to be done with respect to this media scanner?

On a side note, my battery holds 2000 mAh, not 2500 as it originally did. Eiher way, compared to the TW experience, battery life seems a bit worse now. Just wanting to clarify, that's why I'm posting here.
