U can get it from s6 plus settings. U have to patch settings.apk from system->priv-app->SecSettingsESS.apk Get it from rooted S6 and share it to developer who can convert it. Then copy that app into your phone system->priv-app->SecSettingsESS.apk .
Or just install J5 rom by @ratnesh1992. It's awesome rom. Install it.

Hi bro! Flash this UI mod it have that lock screen.
Flash it on stock 5.0.2.
Go to TWRP recovery then install SystemUI.
Go to settings then change lockscreen effect. If u don't like notifications panel u can flash another systemUI. I'm not responsible if u mess up. Good Luck.
