Does anyone here got any problem converting a text page (from HanWord) to pdf? After converting mine to pdf, it shows blank. Thanks!

Hey Guys, good news! :laugh: Wrote to Hancom & here is their reply :-
We have uploaded new update version that have fixed the issue of pdf file on Samsung Apps.
It has to go through the certification process during which it may be approved.
The task will take about a week. Thank you.

Another news to share. I've wrote in to Hacom to request for Ravie font style (available in MS Word) & here is their reply :-
The font is protected by copyright, so we needs to get permission for a font.

LOL wonder if something's lost in translation there . . . "under considering your commented" . . does that actually mean they're no longer considering your comment . . or does it mean your comment is under consideration ???
Considering the reply was coming from a Korean :silly: . I'll translate that as my suggestion is under consideration & might have the chance of having that font. :fingers-crossed:

I am assuming that Hancom can access files saved on a micro sd card--both to load and to save. Is this correct? My plan is to save my word files to a micro sd and work on them on the tablet + keyboard.

Hi all,
I just got the note pro 12.2 LTD version and installed hancom but I can't create a new document on any of the apps. It load then just quits back to the main screen. Has anyone else had this Issue?
With the latest updates from Hancom, I think most of the mentioned issues here were fixed.
I have the latest update but every new document I try to create quits after a second or two.
OK I think it's fixed by doing a full uninstall of all the hancom apps and re downloading it.
