On my last phone "Samsung galaxy s duos" with ICS. While using Poweramp I could use the hands-free button for changing song and more stuff.
On moto g3 if I press it instead of giving priority to poweramp event handler, google now voice search starts up and if phone is off then it keeps saying "unlock phone to use google voice search"

It is so annoying now and I have to unlock my phone everytime I want to skip some song ? I have gone through almost all settings, tried a different launcher, stopped voice detection,force stopped the Google App(I knew it would relaunch but still tried) but it didn't work
My phone is still in warranty period so I am not rooting it anytime soon ?
Anyways, please suggest a way to troubleshoot it without root or with root( If you want me to stay sad for 1 year because I cannot use it ) ?
