I've had just about every flagship device out there. As far as I can recall, the Axon 7 is the only device I found that sounded better and louder than my XL. The sammy N8 and S8+ aren't even in the same league. LG V30 is phenomenal, but only with headphones. My HTC 11 was right up there, but it didn't have my most used VZW LTE band so it had to go back (otherwise it may have been daily driver for a while.)
