*Hard Brick* Nothing but Bootloader

Hi,

my HTC ONE MINI just reboots into bootloader. Everytime i start it it boots itself into bootloader. As long i tried to flash the Stock Rom, the Stock Recovery and the TWRP Recovery but everytime it end up into an ERROR. I also tried to unlock the bootloader but it dont work it worked as long i tried to flash the unlock_code.bin. It does everything but then nothing happens.

What shows up in my bootloader:

the usual stuff (the red fastboot Font, Bootloader, Reboot, Reboot Bootloader, Power Down )
