Hard bricked. Won't charge, PC doesn't recognize

Hard bricked. Found my phone in my car. It's been through the cold and hot weather. It's an old phone, but I would like to revive it.

Won't turn on. Can't charge. I tried a new battery..same applies.

Also, PC and Odin does not recognize it. Any help?

Phone was rooted with AllianceRom. No signs of wear/leaking on the battery. Was working perfectly before I abandoned it...
