Hard Reset stuck

Hello,
Model Huawei G6-U10.When try hard reset it stucks on wiping/format data.Freezing.The reason to do reset is : unable to call,wifi.When try to call get message : mobile network is unable.The IMEI is unknown.What to do?Help please.

Exactly my problem, don't know what to do. Didn't you find solution please? If yes i'd be very thankful if you'd share it with me
