HARDBRICK Le 2 , Help me please

My phone is hard bricked just red charging light , don't open recovery and fastboot.
I'm connect to usb port, but sound like device plug and unplug again and again. "windows does not recognise it"

any body know to fix it?

I have the same problem here , you could solve?

1. I root my Le2 successfully
2. I flash Xposed framework
3. Phone in bootloop
4. I have TWRP BACKUP but I wiped the device so as to fix the bootloop
5. As there is no memory card, I can't flash anything
6. Adb sideload and adb push didn't work even after much troubleshooting
7. Decided to get OTG and RESTORE the TWRP BACKUP which I had previously transferred to PC.
8.Turns out that OTG only supports FAT32.
9.I format my pendrive to FAT32.
10.I start to transfer the BACKUP to pendrive.
11. Turns out that FAT32 only supports file size less than 4GB and LE 2's system image is 4.1 GB.
12.Finally found a MIUI 8 ROM for Chinese LE 2.
13. FLASHED it using OTG.
14. TRANSFERRED BACKUP to phone.
15. RESTORED SUCCESSFULLY. ?
