No offense but I'm not up for ripping the companies off.
If it is a blocked imei it's because it's been returned before or reported stolen. In each case I'm against destroying it but I do feel it should just be treated as a tablet or you should find a way to unlock it without more stealing....

I'm sorry if you got ripped off but this is part of what you check for when buying a phone....

If I buy a car with a stolen vin I lose the entire car.
