Presenting my first kernel for our oxygen Device which will right now only work for aosp or los based roms.

Now hard_rock kernel works fully for miui custom roms too..

--> added EXfat and NTFS filesystem support

Now not supporting MIUI stock based roms since i am tired of handling three different Kernels and miui is not perfectly working. If someone still want to flash my kernel for miui then flash rr_fix kernel. But it might not work perfectly

--> added quick charge .(max takes 2.5 hrs which is recommended)

updated LInux base to 3.18.113 with no sound issue like before

--> Fixed screen flickering or ghost screen for few users while overclocking gpu to 1300 mhz

I think it won't work but u can try..and I didn't check for Oreo since we don't have any stable ROM yet..

There are a lot more to come..like under clocking and over clocking, sound control, voltage control etc..

Noob here.. i am trying my first ever custom rom on my mi max 2.. so not very familiar with the Pros / Cons of custom kernel. What are the benefits or limitations of flashing this custom kernel ? Thanks

Its like someone is asking what's benefit of flashing custom ROM instead of stock...

The best description is u will get more control to tweak ur kernel at very best level..u can increase ur performance or make it balance or go for battery profile..it will provide more tweaks.

How many people wanted more overclock for nougat ?(I think 2.4 ghz is enough)

we wanted overclock upto 2.6 ghz

2.4 ghz over clock is enough

v7 don't need further updates
