questions:

1) I Bought from Expansys and they said they can do some stuff for us, but is it worth it going through them? Another middleman.... and 2 months is a long time without my phone. Might as well sell and go HTC One X

2) Do you contact Samsung USA or another branch? (I once had a Moto question and it was a Telus phone and they routed me back through Moto US to Canada back and forth for 3 hours til I gave up).

3) I have a hardware defect (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24422171). I'm rooted (obviously as an XDAer) and running CM9. I can certainly flash back to my stock firmware and make sure there's no yellow triangle. I have no USB jig, so the counter will not be reset. What are the chances they'll look for modding and try to void me? Is it worth a shot to warranty this sucker?

(I'm really disappointed because this is my first phone ever that's had hardware issues, and I'm only 45 days into using this phone. Ugh)

I bought mine through Newegg, it has a limited 90 warranty. Not sure if the i9100's sold in the US have full 1yr warranties.
