I live in Spain and I didn't receive any OTA update for my nexus 7 wifi 2012.
I update my Nexus doenloading the factory image from Google page and apply by ADB.
At this moment I'm downloading 5.0.2......

I received the notice last week while I was away on vacation. I couldn't do anything about it since I was rooted. I flashed it myself today after unrooting and all is well!

Received OTA 5.0 update for my Nexus 7 2012 Wi-Fi almost three weeks ago. Hoping 5.02 arrives soon... freezing constantly!
My Nexus 7 2012 still has not received the OTA to Lollipop as it's still on KitKat. So much for getting fast updates on a Nexus device.....

Southwest U.S. still no OTA update. I got tired of waiting and followed the clear instructions here and now I'm running 5.0.2! I can't believe how great this update is, it actually makes Nexus 7 faster!
Nothing on mine in Wellington, New Zealand as of today. Still on 4.4.4, so much for Google love for the Nexus range

As of a few minutes ago, no OTA notification for 5.0.2 on wifi 32gb (Greece). Of note, the device was rooted when it got the 5.0 update, which unfortunately rendered the device practically useless because of the lags.

Nothing here in the UK, still on 4.4.4. I think they have pulled OTA for this device, what else could explain this slowness.
Just received OTA in Greece. 5.0.2 is soooooo much better than 5.everything smooth and multitasking works again. Hang in there guys. 5.0.2 SHALL pass

Just received 5.02 on my 2012 here in Massachusetts. It is amazing so far. Fast, no freezes. Of course, my perspective may be skewed by the paperweight maker that was 5.0....
