Having a bit of trouble with Flashtool and Windows 10. Please advise

Hello guys,
I am having trouble with my Xperia Mini Pro phone. Yesterday it suddenly switched off and it is not switching on after that. When I connect it to my laptop, the red LED flashes indicating that its charging, however when I connect with Volume Down and Insert the USB for Fastboot mode, there is no blue light and Windows 10 shows error "USB Device not recognized". I reinstalled flashtool after that as I thought it was giving me problems yet the problem persists. What driver do I need for Xperia Mini Pro? Using 0.9.22.3 version of Flashtool. I have unlocked bootloader and I was using Pac Man Rom on it. Nothing else. Currently nothing is working on my phone, flashmode, fastboot mode, CWM etc nothing is working. Only the red LED blinks when I connect to PC or when I am charging.
Is this a soft brick? and how do I fix it? I only use Flashtool and not the companion software. Please guide me, using this phone for past couple of years and I want to use it for some more time.

Sounds like a battery problem. Try to use original charger (from a wall socket - at least 15min). A wall socket can deliver twice as much power as a USB port. So if your phone is charging slowly and you're connected to pc: there's your problem.

Hello. I tried this and it didn't work. I have my phone charging for over an hour now and it still is not booting. My phone vibrates when booting and I don't get that vibration anymore
Any other help?
