This is what I did to fix this null imei/baseband problem. I went to FlashFire for like the 100th time which the other tike would just turn to a black screen and reboot when I tried to restore any of my back ups. This time I just did a wipe and it worked. So I tried the wipe with also adding a back up to it (the wipe must be done first) only need to check wipe delivk, then for the back up check everything but the system, recover, data. Manly it's just the system needs to be unchecked, the reason flashfire wasn't working to fix this right away is because the system wouldn't mount due to a software issue. After the reboot imei/baseband were back to normal again.
