Having issues unrooting and going back to stock

Sorry if this have been posted i have looked about but only find the same answer and that dont seem to be working for me when i flash the recovery files using adb none of them work cant remember the error code not at my pc atm is there any other ways i can get back to stock like i just got it from the shop. Cheers guys
