Question Having issues with hexed+

So I've searched and didn't find anything relating to my issue so here I am. I'm trying to install a hexed+ theme on my unlocked s21 ultra and I downloaded shizuku like it said, ran all that and when I go to apply the theme in hexed+ it says "this content not registered at store" even tho I paid and downloaded it from the store. I emailed hexed+ through Google store a week ago and haven't heard back yet so I was hoping that someone on here could help me out. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you
