Having problem with ICS notification sound very low

I'm new on HTC and I would like to ask anyone here, which custom rom with boosted notification and sound enhancement? having some hard time to pick up phone, due very low sound even to the Max, the most problemnin my sensation xe is listening music, ringing and notification sound are very low, and found out viewing video the sound is way loud, so I guess that this speaker capable to boost, so maybe the original rom has locked fully potential of the phone.. I have checked all the problem at Google, still no position it, I'm sorry to said if there is already a tread for this topic..
