Any reason i why i lost my boot animation?

Boot up time is ridiculous as well, longest it took was 3 minutes. One point it just stayed at the HTC Logo, I can hear people sending me SMS's but wasn't able to see anything but the logo.

Sounds like a ROM issue, I'd person I run a RUU and see if that fixes your issues.
