Does anyone have an Unlocked phone with Verizon as your carrier?
I'm wondering how to get HD Video Calling/Carrier Video Call on it. Can anyone help please? I emailed Samsung and Verizon and told them that the phone didn't come with it I'm waiting for their reply. But does anyone have any other suggestions? Or Help?

You won't have it on an unlocked version. You either have to use Google Duo or download the SM-G998U carrier branded firmware and flash that (which is what I did) in order to have the Carrier video calling feature.

How all do I download the SM-G998U carrier branded firmware and flash it? How all did you do it? What all are the steps on how to do that? Also is doing that safe? For the phone?

Hi, Where can I download the SM-G998U carrier firmware at? What do you mean by flash it? Is it safe for your phone to do that? Do you have Verizon? Do you have a Samsung S21 Ultra phone? I need the SM-G998U Verizon firmware. Can you please help me with this? I would really appericate it. Thank You Xx
