I've posted these in some other threads, but I guess I should post them here as well.

Each ZIP is named according to the build your phone is currently one. For example, if you are on 10.0.31 and want to update to 10.0.35, download the 10.0.31 archive, after which time you should be able to accept the OTA. If you are currently on 10.0.34, download that archive.

10.0.34 - https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261814735

Using this tool: https://forum.xda-developers.com/7t...7tpro-tmo-5g-unbrick-tool-to-restore-t4043925

Am I able to "downgrade" from 10.0.27 to 10.0.34, then do the OTA thing to get 10.0.35?

Also, once I'm on 10.0.35 and they release a new OTA, will I have to do anything or OTAs will always work now?

Lastly, how do you backup all App Settings & User Files so that if I restore and root again on newer versions, I can restore all my tweaks, settings & apps and files???

Yes, and no you won't have to do anything, OTAs will always work as they should, assuming you restored your reserve.img once anytime after you unlocked the bootloader (assuming you didn't unlock, lock, and unlock again).

You could OTA directly from 10.0.27 also.

As for backups of your all data to be able to restore just like it was, like /data/ or a nandroid/twrp backup...yeah, um, I'll let you know whenever I figure it out myself...I'm starting to dislike this phone...I can't blame the phone... I can blame Google for the ridiculous dynamic partitioning system that was made mandatory on all phones launched with Android 10 (I'm not taking about A/B, that's been around for 2 or 3 years at least and I much prefer it, and it isn't even mandatory...). Phones like the 7 Pro that launched with Android 9 and upgraded to 10 have no problems at all with fully working TWRP. But the word is that it's coming...

Restoring your phone with that tool will fix OTAs, but it will also relock the bootloader. As soon as you unlock, OTAs will be broken again.

Have you tried the OTA fixers that I've posted for the newer releases? They've worked for me from 27 all the way to 35.

I'm just scared to lose data or custom settings within APK's that weren't installed by the play store.

What file can help me update from 10.0.27? I don't have a reserve.img I never touched that file in my bootloader unlocking & rooting process.

Or, I have to lock my bootloader, update, save reserve, then unlock bootloader, relocate reserve and now OTA's will work?

If you unlocked your bootloader, then your reserve.img is gone. And without it, OTAs will fail.

You have to download the OTA fixer zip that matches the current OTA version you are on, and follow the steps. Once you do, future updates will work.

What sucks is when I'm rooted, I'm constantly getting nagged to update twice a day, then when I run the OTA fixer and remove root I never get the update, 1 week later and still nothing. I'm wondering if I didn't delete the cache if it would've ran the update.

... "It should allow you to OTA if you don't root after this..."
SOOOOOO, you're saying I just download one of these script things, for the version I am currently on, then itll un root me??? and I can OTA, then root again???

or if you unroot before trying to take it.
How do you unroot.....
"is that what this script is for"?

I'm just making sure I don't mess up my device and for some reason, everything on XDA feels like it's not fully explained / i'm hella stupid, forgive me. I need THIS much clarification on some things.
