hd2 back to stock?

I purchased the evo, so im gonna have to sell my hd2. Can some one give me some insight on how to get this back to factory settings? deleting all my passwords/accounts/favs stuff like that. thanks ahead of time for the help.

Hard reset

Should wipe out all your stuff
