HDC Galaxy Note 3 N9000 (MTK6589)

But i’ve some problems:
- the touchscreen is uncalibrated at all
- the touch buttons (back and menu) are not working any more (no reaction)
- nvram error 0x10

I have the same issues with added problem of only front camera working. can someone point mr in the right direction of the correct rom:

No1 N3 malfunction after upgrade

Here same problem in Spain.
No1 N3 official rom NO.1 N3 24-2-2014 downloaded from No1 Spain.
I flashed it with this rom and when the phone reboots the return button doesn't work and the touchscreen was uncalibrated.
I tried to install other official roms from the No1 website and the problem persist. I'm thinkint that could be a hardware problem.
Anybody can help me?

My friend in china told me, he go factory and give phone to them in 5min they fix the problem. But they wont tell how to fix, we are trying to get it. Its firmware problem not hardware. Touch screen working with 1280 * 640 and note 3 is 1280 * 720. In system config shows 640 i'm trying to change to 720 if i can then problem solve. But its not let me edit. sys/module/tpd_setting/parameters/tpd_mode_min open it with text editor you will see 640 if you can do 720 problem will be solve. If you do please release here.

I've contacted with the official support of No.1 in China to solve this issue. But they just told me that: "If you install the rom incorrectly,it will damage your phone.Thanks". Wooow It's astonishing, It is so helpful not you think? . What a service, god. I explained them the experience of your friend and now I'm waiting for an answer. Thanks a lot.

well 1 is it rooted ??
second if not u can use framaroot just search here on fora
then when u are rooted use mtk droid tools an make an backup off ur device

Mine is sm-9006 jap version and if you need anything off it i will send it matter a fact i see that your a senor member and if you can prove or have a few testify that you have contrubited here much i will send you the phone to keep (it was a pain to fix first time i got it now every thing works except it wont hook up to provider like antenna prob ) any way this may be a new account but i have used xda for every prob i ever had with a phone and id like to give back but im not giving a 600 dollar phone to just any one so if you are a big help here and can prove it ill give you the phone (but ill send you any file regaurdless ...sincerlly carl fuller

Alps N3 N9000 Not booting

Hi all,
I bought an Alps N3 mkt6589 clonephone back in Feb this year.
Worked fine for a while before starting to show some ghost touching problems. I have rooted it using Framaroot, if I remember correctly
Now a few days ago it turned itself off, and I have not been able to reboot it ever since.

I managed to go into recovery at first and wiped the cashe and did a factory reset. That didn't sort the booting problem and Now is not even booting into the recovery anymore and it gets stuck with a little android screen.

Does anybody know if can be fixed or I just got myself an expensive paper weight?

I cannot see the phone when i connect the usb, so I don't know how would I be able to re-flash it.

Already contacted the Ebay seller and waiting reply. I mean, is less than 4 months old...and the ghost touching started before I even rooted it.

Here are some specs which I likely wrote down before it stopped working.

it's exactly the same spec like mine.
you can use rom uploaded by sotoapt. but on your own risk. hope it help and not getting problem when upgrading.
(mine no problem at all, and fix my multitouch problem on same game. Big thanks to sotoapt)

His ROM is working perfectly. But the only problem is the Proximity sensor ,light sensor and other sensor were not working at all

Tried several key pressing combinations to try get it into recovery mode. The best I can do is get to the screen below using vol-up-home-power. Have you tried holding vol up and power button and see if you can get into the recovery menu?
