HDMI OUT ADAPTER or NOT?

Has anyone tested if this phone has an HDMI OUT to TV function? If so, what adapter did you have to buy? Thank you.

This is by far much cheaper than a MHL adapter. What sucks is that I can't charge at the same time. What to do what to do..

Is't that a Micro HDMI, rather than Micro USB??? Don't think it will work, I use one of these on my Xoom (which does have a Micro HDMI out), not the same with the Nexus.

I'm using the Samsung MHL cable (same one used for the SGS2), works great.

What do you plan doing with that cable? It doesn't fit anywhere on your GN...

The MHL adapters have side ports that allow USB charging while it is plugged in.

I am having mixed experiences with MHL to HDMI...

Sometimes when I plug it in, it works fine, immediately.

Other times, I have to turn off the TV, then turn it on, and fiddle around, experimenting with the connection order, until it eventually works.

Very temperamental and annoying (especially as I am using this at work, in front of groups of people).

Anybody else been having experiences like this?

Also, I found out through trial and error, that the phone will not connect to the MHL/HDMI unless the battery is over 70% charged.

Would like to read your experiences with this.
