Head unit for Renault Logan

Hi, there, I am new to Android Auto, just thinking about buying some new head unit with Android to my car. I found a lot of head units on ebay, amazon, aliexpress, etc, but I cannot decide for one. My car has 2 DIN original multimedia system with BT, but I would like also to have some built in navigation, etc. There is a lot of universal head units with Android 4.4, 5.1, with 7" capacitive display, quad core CPU, 2 GB RAM... I am not sure how reliable it would be. I would love to have also some future software upgrade support to Android 6.0, 7.0, etc... Any ideas? Which brand is good, which is not?
