Headphone jack takes time to recognize headphone is conected

Hi

I just got my new phone and I noticed when I plug my headphones
The phone doesn't respond to them until 8-9 second
My phone is updated to last security batches , Any one facing the issue ?

I noticed also a static sound coming from headphones when plugged in

If it will last only for 3 second it's ok

Some users reported an hissing sound staying on background when you listen music

The sound appears when i plug the headphones and doesn't go away

However, I tried hyper x cloud 2 and the static is minimum . Some times I don't hear it
