Heart Rate Freezes

Anyone have issues with their HR freezing up? My HR stops monitoring when I exercise and won't take a reading. I have to reboot the watch and it will start monitoring again until I start to exercise again. I'm running Tizen 4.0.0.2.

Is HRM set to "ALWAYS ON" or just "BETWEEN 10 MINUTES"??
You can check what i meant from settings, heart rate, heart rate frequency.

If you put it "ALWAYS ON", it stops reading in the middle of an exercise. It is a bug.
I set to "CALCULATE MY HR in 10 minutes"
No bugs.

1) Set Heart Rate widget on your watch.
2) Tap on it. There must be settings section.
3) Set "10 minutes interval"
4) You are good to go.

Unfortunately I don't have that setting. Maybe you're using a different watch? I have the gear sport.

Well... If it's truly a bug, then I hope Samsung has a fix on the way. I use continuous HR for my workouts to ensure I stay in a particular zone. Samsung is missing the point of a "sport wearable" if you can't monitor your workout....
