I don't play games on it. The only time I notice it gets warmer is when it is charging. The Battery monitor app I use shows an increase in tempearature (35-40 C) until about half way through charging, then it drops off to normal again (20-25 C)..

It gets really warm when I play Real Racing 3.But fortunately performance remains unaffected and heat drains out very quick as well.
