heating problem of niki

my niki gets heated up during call and charging the area of heating is just below the battery over and under the receiving antenna

is it normal phenomenon

my experience shows usually battery gets heated up during excessive use and charging but here the case is opposite

it's a well known problem in Niki, no solution at the moment....
