HEEEELLPPPPP!! Phone not starting after binary update

I updated the supersu binary and not my phone has been on the loading screen for an hour!!!!
Is there a way to go into the bootloader?????

Just hold power till it goes off and hold vol - while booting up.
Fastboot latest stock boot and you should be back in business

its booting and the booting screen just keeps booting without going ahead
