ok so heres what were working with

Sprint GS4 (carrier locked to sprint)
ROOTED but now all buggy because its rooted

i have a tmobile sim card that i want to use it in. but no matter how many times i do the *#0011# the service menu is black. is this because knox is tripped and now i cant unlock my phone?!?!?!

also..can i just flash CWM12 and still unlock the device? thanks for the help!
