Help a new TMobile TP2 user..

So I have my new TP2 from TMobile and I'm looking for some good links.

First, I checked the Wiki but I couldn't find a reference to the original TMobile rom. I don't want to flash unless I know the original ROM is available to restore if I need to.

Second, I don't see a lot of ROM's running the 230xx branch. I really miss my nice finger friendly buttons from my Fuze. Can someone layout what's the current state and any big known issues. I read through 3 of the postings (Shadowline's, ROMeOS³, another) and didn't see many horror stories.

Third, are the TMobile specific apps available to install in to a custom rom. I really like the custom service app to check minutes used/etc.

Any other tips for TMobile you might want to share?

yeah - you can get unlimited text/internet for $20 instead of the $35 plan .

swap ur sim into a ghetto phone then go in their chat support and tell them that you don't like the smartphone and that u want a plan for regular phones. They will check your phone ID when you do this so keep yout sim in thr ghetto phone until after they remove the old plan and add the 19.99 plan. When you do it
make sure that you dont sound anxious to get the plan - just mention the 6 dollar tzones but they wont give it to you then ask for a internet/nessaging combo and they should offer you the 19.99 plan. Make sure they remove your old plan before swapping your sim back into the tp2. the internet works great in socal but the stock aim client is not working all the time so you might need to get IM+ which is known to work when you set the port to 110 but it is a proprietary program and u need to pay but there are many others that may work that are free. Everything other than Aim works fine though including skyfire pandora youtube and google maps and the weather etc. The internet is exactly the same as when I had the $35 plan and streaming google vids on skyfire is smooth as hell
