(HELP) app store broken

Hi

I can't update or download new apps( just says downloading)

I have a lte connection so that is not the issue.

I'm using the stock rom, never been updated....

Any suggestions?

Clear the app cache and reboot your phone

If the method above not worked delete your Google account from settings and login again

Now I'm logd in but it says play needs background data but it is enabled and when I click enable it opens a sync window and everything IS synced but I can't use the store
