[Help] Boot Animation loop

Hi,

I have unbranded Desire SLCD with 0.92 HBOOT.
Using this method : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=768256
And unrevoked3.14 i've got to point i have running 2.1 with root with hboot 0.83.0001

Then i've used the recovery to install new rom, all went well.
Now i've tried to update ROM, Intalled LeeDroid 2.0a, but after that the device pas s the white-green htc screen and reach bootanimation, and keep repeating it.

I've tried few roms, tried to repartition the SD (amon recovery, fdisk)
