[HELP] Bootloop S4 Mini

Hello. So as the title suggests, I've got a problem. My i9195 s4 mini LTE is bootlooping. Turns on, gets to "Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini" hangs on for a few secs, turns the screen off, vibrates, nothing, vibrates again, and starts the "Sam..." screen again. This loops forever. When I try to go recovery mode, it says "No command"(Pressed every button and combinations on that screen, didn't put me back to recovery), then restarts by itself.
I can put it into download mode easily, and now the fun part: It can be flashed, I can flash recovery, rom, pit, anything. Odin passes, phone restars, same thing. Even tho in download mode it says : "Write protection : Enabled." Odin doesn't fail, or anything. Bootloader V2, any advices?!

I have exactly the same problem at the moment. I think the problem is the write protection, that prevents that flashing something actually changes something.. but this is just a guess. I hope to find some help here... pls let know, if you found a solution!

I got exactly same error. Did u solve it?
