HELP! Bricked (soft?) S3

I have somehow bricked my S3, it happened as I tried to boot my S3 when I had low battery and it froze during booting up.

I had to remove the battery as it would not respond even though I fully charged it when I could.

Since re-inserting the battery my phone has been locked on the samsung logo screen.

I have access to download and recovery. I have tried installing a original Samsung ROM and it is still the same. When I have tried to install some updates by Odin I get the following error

<ID:0/006> NAND Write Start!!

Which never changes and I have to close Odin to stop it.

I believe it is something to do with the efs being corrupt or something due to reading other threads.

Any suggestions? I will try anything that anyone suggests but I believe I have tried everything.

Not good, usually just the data or system partition corrupts if the boot is interrupted. Nand error is usually terminal (new motherboard required).

You can try a factory reset/mega wipe then flash an rescue Rom:

Follow the instructions exactly, but I suspect it won't help and repair centre needed.
