Hey guys, I cannot wipe data/factory reset in CWM recovery. When i click on wipe data/factory reset there are 5 ''no'' options only. Every one of them sends me back to the main menu. I cannot flash the rom, it requires me to wipe the data. How can i solve this? I really dont want to screw this up again, I hard-bricked my s4 mini recently.

How about twrp?
I tried to install twrp to my s4 mini (i had the cw installed) using twrp manager but i hard-bricked my phone, so im not big fan of using twrp. I want to try downgrading my cwm but I have no idea how to do that. Is it possible to install over the current cwm with using odin or should i do a clean installation first, reinstalling stock recovery then flashing the new cwm recovery? Or any other solution?

No no, of course not. This will simply overwrite your current recovery. Don't forget: This is for i8190 model only. Don't try this on i8200!
Last question. I already did a backup with CWM, do i need to do it again for TWRP? Can i use the CWM backup for restoring later?

Nope, cwm backups are unfortunately not compatible with twrp. But don't worry, flashing a new recovery doesn't wipe data or system.

If, contrary to expectations, something should go wrong, you can still flash cwm again and restore your cwm backup. So no matter what - do always a backup, it is always useful.
