[HELP] Cant connect to PC

Hey guys need some help here

everytime i try to connect my gpad to my pc it says the "LGE MTP DEVICE FAILED" and it fails to connect. I've tried unistalling LG drivers and installing again but i can't seem to get this working

I use the win8.1 and it works fine.
