help, can't install any custom rom

hello,

i have an htc titan bought few months ago. i'm happy because it was unlocked and use a custom rom.

on the last 2 weeks i've noticed a very bad reception on gsm and therefore decided today to change the rom and radio. but no luck at all!

can enter on spl (it shows me hspl 2.5, radio 1750), but from here i can't do anything.

tried also pressing vol- and power, but after few seconds enter on a black screen with a computer, a phone with a cable and an arrow showing to

enter the cable in computer; nothing happens here also.

how can i change the rom and why the phone looks like that?

You have Radio 1750 and what rom you trying?

i have 1750 radio and i'm trying dynamics 2.2 both 2.05 and 4.06, western and eastern.

In case of radio 17 you should only try 4.06. Or downgrade the radio to 16 to try 2.05. Otherwise you get non-bootable device.

Enter HSPL screen, connect USB cable. When you see USB in the bottom of a screen - start TitanAdvancedRUU.exe
(before that - put TitanAdvancedRUU.exe and 4.06 rom file in one folder on your PC)

Depends upon your carrier. Both Titan radios work $hitty. You should try both to realize which one is less crappy for you.

found what's happen: they are some small contacts on the mainboard thata don't touch well the back cover and therefore the phone seems to work without antenna...
