If you have not Flashed anything then yes. 30 days in store past that warranty exchange. If you have flashes roms then you may want to flash stock with odin and start fresh

Take it back, and keep taking it back until you get one that doesn't shut down.

No reason to keep that phone then. That is not normal behavior.

My phone was originally doing the same thing until I flashed Cognition - then the issue went away. Seems these phones are really finicky on how software is loaded onto the phone - even the stock ROM.

But.. if your within 30 days.. no sense not to exchange it for one that won't shutdown.
