Help enable diag mod on lionrom 5.5

hey i just installed Lion rom 5.5 it is incredible fast and i love it, but the thing is i dont know how to enable diag mode on this rom. i guess this rom is like cloudy based on d850 or so. any suggestion? btw: i need to enable diag mode to flash to a new carrier and update prl

Have you tried using "Shortcut Master (lite)" and searching for DIAG to see if the app is in there? Should be one that has just DIAG all caps. If It is, launch it.
