HELP!evo 4g stuck on boot loop

guys please help me im a newbie on htc evo 4g
i try to install custom rom(the express and ODJDub HD Bliss)
the phone is root and nand unlock..

but after the installation of the custom rom when the phone reboot it stuck on HTC EVO 4G white screen for a long time..

Can some help me to this problem..
And could someone teach me the basics of installing custom roms..
